The process of making a purchase on our website is very easy. You just have to add items of your choice to the shopping basket and once you’re finished with your selection, click on 'Checkout'. You shall be asked for a few details that we need for serving you better. Here follows a some information we expect you to know and abide by before you make any purchases:
        
  1.  Our Working Days: Monday to Friday 10.00 A.M. to 6.00 P.M. and Saturday 10.00 A.M. to 2.00 P.M. Holidays of Ambika Trading Company: Sundays and National Holidays.
                    
  2. We shall dispatch your order on the same working day if your order is placed before 2:00 P.M. Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. of any day will be dispatched on our next working day. Also, orders including ‘Bakery items’ shall be dispatched on the next working day whether or not the order is received before 2.00 P.M. The ‘Delivery Date’ options on the website will be shown according to the area mentioned in the address details. You can choose a delivery date according to your convenience.
                        
  3. Orders including 'Frozen Items': As frozen items are delivered in a functional 'Chill-Pack Truck', they cannot be delivered with other General Items. Hence, they are billed and delivered separately.
                    
  4. There are purchase offers regularly introduced on our websites where the Frozen and General items are delivered for free if the billing amount exceeds the amount specified in our offer.
                 
  5. Delivery Charged Items: Items in this category are always entitled for Delivery Charges. If however any general items or frozen items are entitled for a free delivery under any ongoing offer, these items will be delivered along with these items. Kindly note that the billing amount of such items doesn’t qualify to be added to the billing amount of other items. Items under this Category are :

           a.  Telephone Card.

           b.  Fresh Mangoes (Seasonal)
                 

  6. Delivery charges will be calculated according to the area mentioned in your address details. The amount will be shown at the time of placing the order. 
                 
  7. Back orders: In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will send an email to you. You will thus have an option to cancel your order or replace the item.
             
  8. Consumption Tax: The prices on the site are inclusive of Taxes.
            
  9. Guarantee:  At Ambika Trading Company, Customer satisfaction is our prime motto. Still if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our service please feel free to contact us and share your experience with us. We will make our best effort to provide you with full customer satisfaction.
                  
  10. Goods Return Policy: You may return unopened goods within 7 days of receipt and, subject to inspection and acceptance; we will refund or provide replacement(s) as applicable. Due to their nature, refunds cannot be offered on perishable items like Bakery items etc. Refunds will be made via the credit/debit card used for the original transaction only. Delivery and Packing charges shall be deducted from the Refund amount. Even if goods returned where qualified for free Delivery and packing charges, we will deduct these costs from refund amount as these were incurred by us anyway. We reserve the right to deduct any other charges incurred by us on the transaction such as credit card transaction fees etc. To request a refund or replacement you may contact us by email or telephone. You are then required to deliver the goods to us, at your cost, for inspection. Ambika Trading Company cannot be held liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit and therefore we recommend that you obtain proof of delivery.
