Due to the nature of pure coconut oil, it solidifies white (below 25 degrees). If you take a little of it in your hand and warm it with your palm, it will immediately melt with your body temperature.

If you heat it up with hot water and melt the coconut oil in a small container, you can always use it easily for a week or two.
