●簡単ミニレシピ●「スパイシーポテト」
1. フライパンに1cmくらい油を入れ、夕ーメリックパウダー小さじ1/4、クミンパウダー小さじ1と共に、コリアンダーパウダー小さじ3と適量のブラックペッパーパウダーを加えます。
2. 軽く温めながらスパイスを油になじませたら、電子レンジで加熱し柔らかくなった厚切りじゃがいもをいれゆっくり、じっくりと表面を揚げ焼きにして行きます。
3. 揚げたてに塩と、たっぷりのコショウをふり、アツアツをお召し上がりください。
※温度が高いとスパイスはすぐに焦げてしまうので、ひっくり返しながら低温でゆっくりじっくりと揚げ焼きしてください。
